Looperlative for Raspberry Pi

A mini-LP1 as a software package

I've taken the LP1 software and turned it into a Linux application using the Jack library.  Internally, the functionality is the same as the LP1 or the LP2.  To provide a usable user interface, the software can communicate with either a Novation Launchpad Mini or an Akai APCmini.  Each row of lights represents a single track and each indicator light provides track status (track selected, a unique color for each track, record-overdub, play-stop-empty, 1/2 speed, reverse, track level, track feedback).  The buttons provide MIDI notes which can be programmed into the LP1 software using the latest LooperlativeConfigure application.

Currently, you can get the software by downloading the Raspberry Pi install image below.  You will then need to use the Raspberry Pi installer to put that image on a 16GB or larger SDcard subject to the limitations of the Raspberry Pi.  You will need a Raspberry Pi 4 and a Blokas PiSound card.  Put those all together and you will have a working Raspberry Pi with Looperlative software.  Please be familiar with the Raspberry Pi and Blokas PiSound.

To register the software, you will need to attach the Pi to your local network via Ethernet. Then download one of the versions of the LooperlativeConfigure application listed below.  You will need to provide your email address and request a key.  Once you have the key, you will need to use it to register your device.  Both your computer and the Pi need to be attached to the same local network for this to work.
